Hey guys, I’m coach Antonio! After achieving incredible results from TFW Stockyards I knew that I wanted to help others in their journey. I know that a huge obstacle keeping so many people from training and exercising is that they are intimidated to start or jump back in. They may worry what the atmosphere will be like or they may feel like they can’t lift enough and keep up. I am very aware of this and I’m dedicated to making each class fun and welcoming! I started out as a student at TFW Stockyards 3 years ago. In that time, TFW has helped me complete a 100 pound weight loss goal and get in the best shape of my life at 50! My journey has ignited my desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. I am proud to say that I completed a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Certification and joined the TFW Stockyards Team as a Nutrition Coach.
Having coached in other fields for many years and walked though my own journey of extensive weight loss and health, I can offer a unique perspective and deep empathy and understanding of people’s struggles. I want for you, no matter your current state, to overcome your own obstacles and achieve a healthy, happy lifestyle!

I joined TFW Stockyards as a student in June 2017. Though I loved running, lifting weights was new and intimidating to me. Years ago, I was diagnosed with LDL (Low Density Lipoproteins) which can cause several health problems. Training with TFW has made me a better person and changed my lifestyle for the better. I have become stronger, I have more energy, and my symptoms have been in much better control.
